African Youth Leadership Diplomatic Conference (AYLDC:5.0) is a self funded program, so you need to know this before you continue with your application. The place and dates will be advised.

Africa Youth Leadership Diplomatic Conference (AYL-DC) is an educational youth diplomatic conference which follows some simulations of United Nations (UN) in which enthusiastic young people from all over the world gather to learn more about diplomacy, international relations and the UN. It is a great opportunity and exciting opportunity for young people to foster dialogue on creating change and promoting peace and youth participation worldwide, above all, coming up with solutions to contemporary global issues so as to make this world a better place and more sustainable. AYL-DC provides a unique opportunity for youth to gain more knowledge on the role, structure and activities of the United Nations as well as promotes networking, gaining soft skills mainly leadership skills, negotiation/ diplomacy and knowledge on the economic, social and political security issues facing our world.

AYL-DC intents to bring enthusiastic young leaders from all around the globe together and provide them with a platform to exchange and present views regarding the troubles and problems plaguing the present world. This forum will be an ideal place to understand and learn about the personality building skills needed to become a better speaker and a diplomat above all, a great Leader.

Most young people cannot deny the importance of having soft skills in an individual for making it big in this modern era. In order to provide a well-rounded experience, AYL-DC organizes some exciting academic activities and social events. These include giving attendees the privilege to explore the hosting city, the importance of modern social events that is the Culture and Traditional Night, Meeting sessions and the Grand Symposium.

This is the third session of African Youth Leadership Diplomatic Conference following the success of the First session which was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in 2021 and the second which was held in Dar Es Salaam and Zanzibar, Tanzania in 2022. AYL-DC welcomes international Delegates to see and explore the beauty of Senegal, all its Nature and beautiful people.This conference targets up to 50 delegates to exchange ideas and discuss “the capabilities that young people hold in making this world a better place”. .

Eligibility
 - African Youth Leadership Diplomatic Conference welcomes young people aged between the age of 18 to 35 even over and below the stated years from all of nations who wants to gain experience in a Diplomatic Conference or who have high interest in learning how to be a diplomat in African Youth Leadership Diplomatic Conference.
- All delegates must be enrolled in High School or University, High school/ University graduates, enrolled in International Organizations/Institutions/Companies, or representative from High School or College.
- People with disabilities and from other diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. AYL-DC do not discriminate based on disability.
- All delegates should choose council preferences and 3 country allocations.
- All matters regarding country allocation and council preference will be arranged from the decision of the AYL-DC committee.
