When you click "Submit Application" below you will be taken to a page with instructions for paying your application fee and property reservation deposit.  THE APPLICATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.  The reservation deposit will hold the property for you during the processing of your application.  If your application is not approved, it will be refunded to you.  If your application is approved the reservation deposit becomes non-refundable and will be applied toward your first month's rent.  If your application is approved and you will not be occupying within 1 week, whether because of either your timetable or the property being currently occupied, the first months rent, security deposit and pet fee if applicable must be paid in advance.  This is necessary to keep the property off of the rental market during your waiting period.  Because we may disappoint other applicants while waiting for your occupancy date, this money is not refundable. *
