Volunteer at the 2025 Oregon Active Transportation Summit
Volunteers who contribute about eight hours receive free entry to OATS. This may require working multiple shifts.

Signing up is not a guarantee--we'll confirm with you based on availability, but we've got a lot of slots so we expect to be able to accommodate everyone. For best results, please share all the shifts you expect to be available for.

Most of these shifts will be at DoubleTree by Hilton Portland in Lloyd District.
Exceptions: prep work be at The Street Trust HUB in Lloyd Center, and as soon as details are available we'll add information about off-site mobile tour and site visit volunteer shifts.

Volunteer duties will include: materials prep, registration table, wayfinding support between MAX station/bus stops and conference, accessibility assistants (training will be provided), and ride-along and/or walk/roll-along support for mobile tours and site visits. You will only be assigned duties you consider yourself compatible with.
