Checking our work...
Since early February, a diverse group of over 100 community members from Adams, Clay, Nuckolls and Webster counties have been meeting virtually in large and small groups to look at data about our community, reflect on strengths and weaknesses and talk about what is needed and wanted to help us all thrive in South Central Nebraska.  Now we need others to check our work!  This is your chance to read through our results and share your perspective.

In a nutshell, we are working together to develop a vision and action plan that ensures everyone can thrive here!  This is not a quick fix: instead it is a purposeful, collaborative effort between agencies, non-profits and programs to make a long-term impact on the region for the better.

To do this well we need to figure out what is broken or needs extra attention.  In the sections below you will see what the group came up with.  We need you to tell us if we are on the right path or not.  Are there key elements or pieces to the puzzle that we did not identify?  Are there significant challenges or issues that you think need to be addressed if we are going to have any success?  We also want to hear what we got right, and why you agree!

Only by hearing from as many different perspectives and viewpoints as possible will we have a strong enough foundation to make deep impacts that will help all communities thrive. Anyone is welcome to respond, and if you know anyone in your network who could represent a marginalized or smaller group who may not be represented in our work, please send it on to them or help them complete it.

This survey can be answered anonymously.  There is an opportunity to share your name and contact information at the end if you would like us to contact you.
