Planned Parenthood Newfoundland and Labrador Sexual Health Centre (PPNLSHC) offers great opportunity for people to join a worthwhile organization, allowing individuals to help out their community.

As a member of our organization, you will receive up-to-date information on news and events happening in the community and around the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Members have the opportunity to become a participant in the organization by helping out with fundraising, volunteering, committees, and an active voting member at our annual Annual General Meeting (AGM). All updates are posted on our Facebook Page, Website, and Twitter account.

How active you want to be in the organization depends on you! Just know that your support and contribution will help those in the province who need our services.

Terms of Membership

I, the aforementioned above, do hereby consent and agree that Planned Parenthood – Newfoundland and Labrador Sexual Health Center, should contact me regarding news and issues relevant to members of the organization and invite me to participate in the events and meetings held by the organization from April 1, 2018, and ending on March 31, 2019 and to use my provided contact information exclusively for the aforementioned purposes.

I do hereby accept that Planned Parenthood – Newfoundland and Labrador Sexual Health Center and its directors and officers reserve the right to revoke my membership and the rights included in my membership at their discretion at any time as referenced in the bylaws of the organization, Section 3.03. I also agree that this membership application is subject to approval by the organization as referenced in Section 2.01 (c).

I understand that there will be no financial or other remuneration for being a member and I agree to pay any applicable membership fees as stated in this document upon my registration as a member.

I also understand that Planned Parenthood – Newfoundland and Labrador Sexual Health Center is not responsible for any expense or liability incurred as a result of my participation in the organization and the organization’s activities.
