**CURRENT SENIORS ONLY** Please fill out this form using your school email to request that your transcript and available letters of recommendations be sent to the colleges to which you are applying. This must be submitted at least 10 school days before your first college application deadline. Documents will be sent after you apply to common app schools or when you move the college from the "applying" to the "applied" column on SCOIR for non-common app schools.
