Job Description: Factory Finance Controller

Position Title: Factory Finance Manager / Controller  / CFO (if you have good relevant experience only)
Company: Leading Automotive Manufacturer  
Location: PCMC, Pune (we have three positions, for CFO some varied business handling is required, therefore, work from home for couple of days in the week may be considered but not for Manager or Executive - Finance role) 

Overview:  
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CFO, Factory Finance Controller, Executive to join our team at a leading automotive company in PCMC, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of factory operations, managing vendor payments, and handling forecasting duties. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent financial acumen, and a deep understanding of factory operations and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management:
  - Oversee all financial operations within the factory, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  - Develop and implement financial strategies to support factory operations and business goals.
  - Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability and growth.

- Vendor Payments:
  - Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments.
  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
  - Implement best practices in vendor management to optimize payment processes and reduce costs.

- Cost Control:
  - Monitor and analyze factory expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring budget adherence.
  - Implement cost control measures to improve financial efficiency and profitability.
  - Collaborate with production and procurement teams to optimize resource allocation and reduce waste.

- Financial Reporting:
  - Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.
  - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  - Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

- Compliance and Audit:
  - Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  - Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  - Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CA, Inter CA, CFA, etc) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 to 20 years or even more of experience in financial management, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, vendor management, and cost control.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the latest industry trends and financial regulations.
