Rental Guidelines

Proposed Tenant(s) will not be able to take possession of property until the Oak Grove Board of Directors has authorized approval. A written approval will be provided to both the homeowner and the tenant.

Proposed Tenant(s) must complete the following steps before approval will be given:
    1. Complete an application for residency,
    2. Submit completed background check form(s),
    3. Submit a signed copy of the Rental Agreement (provided by the Park Office),
    4. Have an interview prior to renting, and
    5. Submit a pet registration form (if applicable).

Paperwork for proposed tenant(s) can be obtained from the Park Office.
