2019 Graduate Awards
The Graduate School accepts nominations for its annual awards and fellowship program year round. For each nomination, the nominator must complete this Google form and submit all supporting documentation, in PDF format to gradfinance@stonybrook.edu. The 2019 deadline is Monday, February 25, at 5:00 pm.

If student nominations cannot be submitted directly by the Graduate Program Director (GPD), the GPD must be cc’d on the submission. Faculty and staff nominations for the Dean’s Awards can be submitted by other faculty, staff, current graduate students, or graduate alumni.
