Parents Day Out registration
Days of Operation: Wednesday & Friday 9:00am - 1:00 pm. (Following Fayette County Public School Calendar).
Start date will be Wednesday, September 4, 2019, with the last day being May 22, 2020.

Tuition: $25 day per child. Children must attend both days (at this time we are unable to offer a one-day option).

A $75 non-refundable annual materials fee is due with this form.
