TSSU General Committee and Representative Stipend Request

Thanks for volunteering with TSSU! In order to receive your stipend, please complete this form. Make sure you’ve provided your Social Insurance Number (SIN) via the Volunteer Information form so we can issue you a T4A at the end of the year if you earn $500 or more in stipends. Please include a description of the work performed.

The stipend amount for each committee or representative position is up to $150/semester, with the following exceptions:

Internal Relations: $150/semester for the first two meetings, $50 per meeting thereafter

GSS Rep: $150/semester + an honorarium for each GSS Council meeting, which can be requested to and paid by GSS

All stipends are granted according to the Stipend Policies in the TSSU By-Laws (www.tssu.ca/bylaws-policies/). Please allow up to 5 weeks weeks for processing. Your information is protected by privacy legislation.
