Registration form can be completed by 1 person for your table OR each person may complete individually (there will be a spot to input who you would like at your table; can also provide that info at a later date or it can be left up to random as well; if unsure of tables, we will reach out in January to discuss) Tables of 10 are recommended but tables can fit 12. 

If you are completing registration form for entire table, please list an email address for each person and pay as a group so that ticket bundle and important info can be sent to them.  

If you are paying individually, please have each person complete a registration form. Last Day to Register/Purchase tickets is February 15th
