Parent/Guardian/Community Member Referral Form
This is a form for parents, guardians or other community members to fill out to recommend a student to be a part of Children First's Justice in Education program.

This unique program will engage young advocates by teaching them to lead, design and implement strategies to boost state funding for schools and promote regional collaboration to strive for sufficient education funding in PA. Recommendations for 10th, 11th or 12th grade students are welcome.
