The Cranston Street Armory is a magnificent, iconic landmark in the West End of Providence, but it has been mostly vacant for a number of years. The Armory is owned by the State of Rhode Island, which is seeking partners to operate the building with active uses. The State is committed to requiring that any future operator make some amount of space and/or time within the Armory available for community use.

The purpose of this form is to gather information from community organizations that would be interested in using the Armory either for ongoing programs or operations (for example, to rent space within one of the towers), or on a more limited basis (for example, hosting an event in the drill hall). If your organization is interested in using the Armory, we want to know more! We will use that information to help craft requirements for future primary operators. Responding to this form does not obligate either the respondent or the State to enter into any agreement, it's just the first step in the conversation.
