ESIP Meeting Registration Assistance
Earth Science Information Partners (ESIP) strives to be an open and inclusive community. Registration fees are necessary to cover the costs of our annual meetings. Ideally these fees do not pose a barrier to participation.

Each year we receive a number of requests for reduced registration fees. In order to ensure we evaluate these requests in a fair, consistent and transparent manner, we would like to consider all such requests in a coordinated manner.

As part of our work to make Earth science data and our community more fair, accessible, and open, we offer a scholarship that covers complimentary meeting registration for up to 15 students who identify as Black, Latino/a/x, and/or Indigenous. Graduate students, recent graduates (within three years of graduation), and students in their final year of an undergraduate degree in a related field are eligible to apply.

Please complete this form to request support to attend the 2025 January ESIP Meeting by Jan 6, 2025.

All submissions will be reviewed immediately following this date and applicants will be notified of a decision shortly thereafter.
