You are always welcome and encouraged to sell or transfer your tickets to someone else.

If you must refund, a $200 cancellation fee will be charged per ticket.
When requesting a ticket refund - Lodging and Parking passes will be refunded in full.

Refunds are only available until May 29th (2 weeks before the event starts).

Refunds should be processed within 2 weeks from the time of the request. Thank you for your patience.
