This Application is for parents/guardians who want to have their 6th through 8th grade student transferred from their current SDP School to The School District of Philadelphia Virtual Academy (PVA) for the 2026-2027* school year.
*Please note that our enrollment window for the current school year closes on April 1, 2026.
Please be aware that completing this form does not guarantee your student a seat at PVA. Students will be enrolled based on availability and placed on a wait-list if no seats are available. Once an appropriate seat opens the family will be contacted to see if they are still interested in being enrolled. Any and all students should remain enrolled and attending their current school until they attend our Orientation. Our Enrollment staff will reach out to their current school to have them transferred at the appropriate time.
