Fall 2026 Swipe Out Hunger Request Form
Sodexo, Swipe Out Hunger, and Student Life & Formation are partnering to fight student food insecurity. Sodexo has provided Caf meal swipes to establish a Meal Swipe Bank for food insecure students. Students may request swipes by using this request form.

Once meal swipes are distributed from the Meal Swipe Bank to student’s ID cards, those meal swipes can be redeemed simply by swiping in at the Caf. Students will receive notification via email about meal swipe distribution.
