· Your GLCCS concert should be 50-60 minutes in length (40 minutes of repertoire if speaking portions are involved).

· Students must place their concert request at least one month before their desired performance date. The sooner you submit your choice, the more likely you will get the date you would like.

· Program information is due no later than two weeks before your performance.

· If you are NOT a student in Dr. Warren's Chamber Music Class--you must meet with Christine Beamer in the Running Start Office before your performance to discuss concert theme and present your educational/speaking portion of your program. All students involved in the concert presentation must be present at these meetings.

· If you ARE a student of Dr. Tasha Warren's Chamber Music class --please make sure to attend all classes and coachings listed in your class syllabus. You are not required to meet with Christine Beamer, but all other concert requirements apply.

· If the GLCCS schedule is full or you are unable to find a date that works for you, please contact Mary Fukagawa at mfukaga@msu.edu and she will work with you to schedule a date on your behalf.
