Elementary Learning Preference
This form is a followup to our recent parent survey on the reopening of school for the 20-21 school year. The form should be completed by parents/guardians on behalf of their student. Please complete one form for each student. If this form is not completed by July 3rd, 2020, the student will be enrolled in the district's established, in person school model meeting five days per week. Questions should be directed to your child's building principal.

Please understand that issues related to the pandemic may at some point force us to return to remote learning by school building or district wide. However, Armstrong School District's intention is to return to regular school days and hours for the 2020-2021 school year implementing Pennsylvania State and CDC guidelines in the best way possible to support a return and continuation of school. Additionally, we are working towards improved remote learning solutions based on student and parent feedback. We are also adding options for our students who may prefer to continue distance learning.
