ADK Blue Challenge - Standard Form
To complete the challenge, you need to hike all 10 mountains on or after January 1, 2015.  For $10 you will receive the corresponding patch, sticker and postcard. Each additional patch is $5 and each additional sticker is $.50.

    Challenge - all 10 hikes completed
    Pup - dogs who complete challenge (Catamount hike not required)
    Winter - complete each hike in any winter (12/21 - 3/21)
    Ultra - All 10 hikes must be completed within a single 48-hour period

Please note:  Dates are required for credit of all patches, but time is only required to earn the Ultra patch.  If you are requesting an Ultra patch, please use the Ultra Form as it requires entering Time.
