Pre-registration form for Science L.A.B.² 2019
The event will take place at Ida Noyes Hall, 1212 E 59th St, Chicago on Tuesday, April 9.

Pre-registration are now open. Classes will be divided into groups of 10 students to attend to each booth in the best conditions. Kindly consider having an accompanying adult per group of 10 students.
 
Kindly note that space is limited, and thus, for the safety of the students, and despite that we will do our best to respond to your needs, we might be compelled to propose you a different time than the one you prefer.

We will come back to you as soon as possible to confirm your registration. Please note that this form is a pre-registration form, and that a confirmation e-mail from the Office for Science and Technology, including a proposed schedule, is requested to consider your registration valid.

UPDATE on February 15: The morning session is full. There are spots AVAILABLE ONLY FOR THE AFTERNOON SESSION.
