General Information.

This form may be used for making enquiries about the Choir's availability for concerts, cabarets and other private functions and events.  The data collected will be used to prepare proposals and for further communication with the applicant.  It will be maintained strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any third party without the knowledge and permission of the applicant.  The form should be completed by the applicant, providing as much information as possible to enable the Choir's Concert Secretary to obtain a full understanding of the nature of the enquiry/application. LWMVC is under no obligation to proceed with this application/ performance unless and until a formal agreement has been made between the Choir and the Applicant.

We will be happy to quote for a small choir of no fewer than 12 choristers up to our full choir of 50+ , although the applicant should be aware that a choir of fewer than 30 choristers and/or not led by the choir's Music Director will perform as the London Welsh Male Chorus and will not perform in our fabulous "Red Jackets".
