VCON 42 Lobby Table Application
This form is where clubs and other organizations may request lobby table space at VCON 42 where they can promote themselves to convention attendees.

Clubs and organizations that are approved for a lobby table must staff their table from 2 pm to 8 pm on Friday, 10 am to 8 pm on Saturday and 10 am to 2 pm on Sunday. As a gesture towards helping with table staffing, two full weekend memberships will be made available to your organization for just $10 each.

Merchandise to be Sold
(optional) Member-based clubs may sell memberships at a lobby table but, generally, other merchandise may not be sold. However, we have allowed limited sales of organization-branded items (e.g., t-shirts, buttons, stickers, etc.) in the past, so if your group would like to sell any merchandise of this nature please describe it here.
