Proposals are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed beginning in September for consideration for the following year.

Project selection for the upcoming Depaving Season (May-October) is typically completed in the November - December timeframe, but we will always try to accommodate later proposals as our schedule allows.

Please note: Depave's "season" — when all of the project work happens — is May through October. Our 10+ depaving event schedule is determined through a careful balance of project prioirties and partner needs. We will do our best to accommodate your desired project timeframe.
