The Front Market runs seamlessly, because we all work hard (including you) to make this experience fun and worthwhile. The below agreements help us collaborate with you, as well as other artists and creatives participating in the market. You will not be able to participate in the market without confirming these agreements.

I understand that my allocated space is final, and I must respect the vendors who showcase around me

I understand that if I am no longer able to participate in The Front Market my vendor booth fee will not be refunded.

I understand that this market is outdoors and the event is rain or shine, UNLESS inclement weather warrants that the production of this event may be dangerous. The definition of "dangerous" is to be determined as per the venue and The Front Market.

I understand that in the event of inclement weather, Future Front will attempt to rebook the market for an alternative date. As a result, my booth placement, as well as my available market date, is subject to change in the event of inclement weather. Refunds will be offered in the event Future Front is unable to rebook the event.

I understand I will be photographed throughout the event as a participating vendor and these photos will be available for my use and the use of Future Front, The Front Market and The Front Festival.

I understand that if I do not show up by my designated load-in time I may lose my booth space and the fee will not be refunded.

I understand that while participating in the market, I am expected to follow all posted guidelines, as well as health and safety procedures.

I understand that this market is run by a nonprofit organization, and my booth fee contributes to the direct costs of my booth, the production of the market and the facilitation of the space.
