Here's What's Included!
*Tent, tent lighting, tent weights, two 8' x 30" tables, two folding chairs, menu sign, 4-15-amp 110v electrical outlets, shared refrigeration, and all applicable permits.

*Additional equipment is available upon request for added cost.

* Should you need to rent any cooking equipment, please contact Arena Americas directly to make your order. We have worked with them to make sure that every restaurant's equipment will be delivered together.

* If renting from us, please select the quantity of each equipment rental you'd like to use.
* Electricity must be purchased from Duff Entertainment.

* Personal generators are not allowed at Taste of Oak Brook.

Set-up & Tear Down
* Each vendor is responsible for setup, take down and clean-up of his/hear stand.

* Vehicles are allowed in designated areas where food booths are located only for set up prior to the event and tear down once the festival closes. The Participant shall remove all vehicles and other items in conjunction with setting up the Event at least one (1) hour prior to the Event's start time.

* The Participant will be notified when it is safe to bring their vehicle on the festival grounds.

* Limited parking for Vendors will be provided in designated lots.

* Vendors will be issues and must display a Vendor Participant placard in their windows in order to park in designated areas.

* Final Load-in/set-up times will be provided in the confirmation letter sent to you prior to the event.
* The Participant will be solely responsible for the appearance of its space. The Participant shall be ready to operate its business by 3:30pm on July 3, 2022.

* The Participant shall maintain its space in a neat, clean and sanitary condition during the event and shall dispose of all trash produced. Trash receptacles and bags will not be provided. Each vendor must provide necessary trash receptacles and bags of garbage in side the booth. Trash (in bags) will be picked up from the booths. All garbage left un-bagged will be subject to a fine of $100 and/or loss of vending privileges. Sidewalks must be left unobstructed unless otherwise indicated.

* Grease and waste water receptacles will be provided. Please do not dump any grease, charcoal and other waster materials on the ground, in nearby sewers or around tree roots.

*Unless otherwise specified, running water is not provided.

*The festival limits the playing of recorded or live music in your booth. All music must be pre-approved by the festival committee.

*Every vending space used for cooking must have an approved fire extinguisher. These fire extinguishers must be carbon dioxide or multi-purpose dry chemical, minimums of 20 pounds.

*Power will be run to the participant's booth; however, the participant is responsible for providing their own (up to code) power cords.

*Vendors and their employees must always maintain the highest degree of professionalism in their booths and on event grounds.
