Are you an educator or school leader feeling the pressure and frustration of overwhelming demands, limited resources, and systems that too often fall short? If the answer is yes, then join me for the Lead Anyway: Teaching Through the Fog When the System Stops Seeing You book study. Rather than offering quick fixes or idealized leadership models, this book meets readers where they are—exhausted, committed, and still hopeful. This book study invites participants to reflect, connect, and grow together—creating space for honest conversation about what it means to lead when support is inconsistent and expectations are high. Participants will leave with shared language, actionable strategies, and a stronger sense of agency—ready to lead anyway, even when conditions are less than ideal.Lead Anyway: Teaching Through the Fog When the System Stops Seeing You
