ServSafe Manager Training & Certification  
When:  Wednesday, October 29,  2025. The course begins at 9 am and exam begins at 3:00 pm.

Lunch is included.

Registration Deadline - October 15, 2025 (this allows time to receive the text book and study before the class!)

This is a required food safety certification for facilities and individuals that prepare food. This is a self-study class with a one day review course followed by the online exam. It requires self-study prior to the review/exam.  Please plan to spend at least 8-12 hours reading and studying the text prior to the class.

With the unreliable delivery of postal packages, we are happy to deliver your ServSafe book to your member agency/food pantry. Or you can pick it up at the Food Bank if you are coming for an order pick-up.  Please choose one of the following methods to allow your ServSafe book to get to you at a timely manner.  If you are not a partner of the Food Bank choose pick up or mail as your text book option.

*If you would like to borrow a text book and return it after the exam, you will be refunded $40.00 if the text is in good condition.

All registrations must be accompanied by payment in full.
