The pool of money we gather for each edition is managed by the Now What?! Collective.  The allocation process for the October-November 2021 edition has not been designed yet.  In the past, money has supported members of the Now What?! Collective who offer their time and talent as session hosts and in the maintenance of the website, calendar, and other infrastructure required to produce the gathering.  In the first two editions, funding to outside projects was also provided, and there have been preliminary conversations about restoring that practice and perhaps making it the primary focus of our giving this time around.
