Connect Night 10/20, 5:30-7 PM
Please RSVP (yes or no) and submit your questions. If you are not able to attend Connect Night, you can still submit your questions so that we can answer them or connect you with an appropriate contact. During Connect Night, caregivers and students will view an 8-minute video in the cafeteria on the difference between stress and anxiety. Nurse Hacholski will run caregivers and students through the physical signs of anxiety and coping exercises. Students will then go to the gym for activities (facilitated by PTA board and volunteers) and caregivers will remain in the cafeteria for a resources presentation by Counselor Foerster and Q&A with a panel. This will be a time to answer general questions you might have about stress and anxiety in children. Caregivers can then join their students in the gym.
