It's a requirement to fill out this form regardless of your FUTURE PLANS!

(If you are attending college, where do you want your FINAL high transcript sent?) If you are going to a Bridge program, we only need to send it to the Two-Year Program. Clemson, USC, and the College of Charleston do not need it.

Even if you do not plan to attend college, WE STILL NEED TO KNOW YOUR PLANS REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU GO TO WORK, THE ARMY, OR COLLEGE. Again, every senior must fill this out!

Nevertheless, college-bound students must create a Parchment account and state where they want their FINAL high transcript sent. Your college acceptance and state scholarships will only be complete with your final transcript sent through Parchment. (Therefore, you must create a Parchment Account and Place an order that says hold for grades.

Final Transcripts

Final transcripts are necessary for colleges to complete the acceptance process and to award scholarships such as LIFE, HOPE, etc. Transcripts will be mailed by the end of June.
