CEHSP Major Declare, Drop, or Change
This form is for current College of Education and Human Service Professions students declaring, dropping, or changing to another major within CEHSP. If you are currently in another college at UMD (CAHSS, SCSE, LSBE) and want to change to CEHSP,  complete a Change of College and Additional Degree form located on One Stop. 

If you are adding or changing a CEHSP major, you must schedule a meeting with a Professional Advisor for that major.
