Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor at the Georgia Association for Developmental Education (GADE) Conference. The conference will be held at the King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort, St. Simons Island, GA. Driving directions and a map of the resort including parking information can be found at this link:
EXHIBITOR DATES AND HOURS
Thursday, February 6, 2020 9 a.m.–9:30 a.m. Exhibitor set-up
9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Exhibits open
Friday, February 7, 2020 8 a.m.–8:30 a.m. Exhibitor set-up
8:30 am -12:00 p.m Exhibits open
Hours are subject to modification based on the final conference schedule.
Standard charge for a table and meal tickets for two people is $300. Additional tables will be $300 each. Exhibitors wanting to bring additional people without purchasing a second table must pay an additional $100.00 conference registration fee per person.
Please note: Most spaces will have electrical outlets, but all booths will be near the presentation rooms and the banquet hall, so there will be plenty of traffic.
Exhibitors may choose to sponsor the conference with one or more of these options.
The first way to sponsor the conference is by direct donations. The following sponsorship designations have been assigned in keeping with the "GADE 2020: A Clear Vision for Student Success" theme.
$1000 Phoenix Level Sponsorship = One table, 2 meal tickets + ¼ page ad in booklet
$2000 Hawk Level Sponsorship = One table, 2 meal tickets + ½ page ad in booklet
$3000 Falcon Level Sponsorship = One table, 2 meal tickets + full page ad in booklet
$4000 Eagle Level Sponsorship = One table, 2 meal tickets, full page ad in booklet + banner displayed on podium
NOTE: We will need your ad print ready by January 10, 2020.
A second way to assist with the conference is by sponsoring a meal or a snack in whole or in part.
Options include the following:
Breakfast Break: $500
Refreshment Break: $1000
Wine and Cheese Reception: $1200
Opening Banquet: $4400
A third way of supporting the conference is through the purchase of our conference bags. You may partner with us to buy the bags with your company logo on one side and our conference logo on the other side. The cost is $800.
