Silver Screenings RSVP - December 8
Silver Screenings was created in 2016 with generous funding from the Government of Canada's New Horizons for Seniors Program. Continued support from the New Horizons for Seniors Program and additional funding from the Ontario Trillium Foundation allows us to bring seniors together from all across the GTA for free screenings and guided film talks and connect through the love of film.

This program has rapidly grown and we are now serving over 1,200 seniors per year! With increased interest in the programme, we are asking everyone to submit this inquiry form. We want to accommodate as many seniors as possible so please limit your request to 15 participants per group.

Please know that by completing this form your spot is not yet reserved. Programme staff will notify you by November 28 to confirm if your request has been approved. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the volume of interest that we receive, we regret that we cannot guarantee spots. NEW! This form is only used to request your spot(s) for the on-site activity at TIFF Bell Lightbox. You must get your free tickets to the 11 a.m. screening of Rosita separately by clicking this link: https://am.ticketmaster.com/tiff/quickbuy?id=MTY5Nw==

Following the screening, we have limited spots available for a talk with local artist, George Walker. Prior to our discussion with Walker, Natania Sherman, Senior Manager in TIFF’s Film Reference Library will join us to lead Silver Screenings participants through a brief presentation about silent film performers, focusing on Mary Pickford, known lovingly as “Queen of the Movies”.
