SALT Application Form

SALT applications are to be submitted upon completion.   Applications will be processed in the order they are received, as acceptance is ongoing. 

Please include:

  1. Completed SALT application.
  2. One completed teacher recommendation (attached form only). The applicant should send the recommendation form link to the teacher. The teacher completing the recommendation will submit the completed recommendation form. 
  3. Complete a short response essay (see question below).

The SALT Admissions Committee will also review the following:

  1. 2023-24 first semester grades.
  2. 2022-23 and 2023-24 FAST test scores (ELA and Math). Out of state test scores can be submitted if you are new to Florida for the 2023-24 school year.
