Host an Event during NACAC 2018
This form must be completed for ALL events held in conjunction with the National Conference. NACAC reserves the right to require time changes if event conflicts with NACAC events.

If requesting space in a NACAC contracted venue, AV and catering must be ordered through NACAC's exclusive providers. Contact information for these providers will be sent when event is confirmed and scheduled in late June.

Requests for NACAC space are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. To be first in line please have your requests submitted by April 27, 2018. Requests received after August 17 will not be accommodated.

Venue
Your event will be placed in the most appropriate room based on the date, time, and size of your event. All NACAC space will be rental free; however, your organization will be financially responsible for food & beverage, AV, and any other costs associated with your event. These fees are payable to the venue and/or vendor. Venue and vendor contact information will be sent to you with your room confirmation.
