Transcript Request Form

Fill out the following form to request your high school transcript. Please allow at least 48 hours for this request to be processed.

Current Students: You can download an electronic copy of your transcript from your StudentVue account! Once logged on, click on "Course History" and click on the blue button at the top of the page. This document can be saved electronically or printed. Do not use this form to request an electronic copy.
Official and unofficial copies of your transcript can be picked up in the High School Office. We will not mail one home to you.

Alumni/Past Students: Transcripts can be picked up, emailed, or mailed.
