Creator’s Collective x Lindon City Centennial Days Market Vendor Application
The Creator’s Collective x Lindon City “Centennial Market” will be held outdoors August 3rd from 11-8pm at the Lindon City Park at 200 N State St Lindon, UT 84042.

Vendor set up is the day of (August 3rd) from 9-11am, and booth take down is from 8-9pm.

Your acceptance email and invoice will be sent within 3-5 business days of your application. Please note that we may not be able to accept everyone if we already have too many vendors in your category! If you can’t find an email please check your spam/junk folder. 

We will do a lot of advertising (including paid FB/Instagram ads, Reels/TikToks, yard signs, flyers, EDDM, Good Things Utah appearances, magazines, city website, & more) before the market. But, we still encourage all vendors to do as much of their own advertising as possible! 

At CCM strive to put together a a community where you can have a positive experience through growing your business, networking, support and attention from CCM, and meeting fellow vendors! Ultimately, sales and customer relations are up to each individual posting, bringing in friends/family/followers, and having a welcoming booth space for customers to shop from.

Terms & Conditions
• I agree that my set up will fit within my designated space.
• I’m aware that this event is NOT central checkout and that I or someone else must take payments.
• I agree to stay for the entire duration of the event, and am aware that if I pack up before the event end time, I will be charged a $25 fee. *If there’s an emergency and you need to leave early, please speak to staff. 
• I’m aware that I must bring my own set up and chair.
• I’m aware that my booth fee must be paid within 72 hours of receiving an acceptance email or I may forfeit my spot to the next person in line.
• I’m aware that booth fees are non-refundable, but are transferable (5 day notice before event date required). *You may have someone sit at your booth for you if you’re unable to attend. • I’m aware that aelling my booth space if I cannot attend is not allowed.
• I agree to provide an EIN or SSN number that must be provided before the event for the Utah Special Event Tax Form. *This form will be mailed to you from the state. You are responsible to fill this out and mail it back to the state within the designated time frame.
• If I am a food vendor, I agree to present a valid Food Handlers Permit before the event, as well as bring it with me to the event. 
• I agree to provide my own power if I need to plug something in. 
• I agree to bring necessary sand bags, weights, or stakes if I am putting up a canopy or umbrella to insure the safety of myself and others.
• I agree to allow the use of any photos/videos taken at the event for promotional and social media purposes.
