All-Day Mindfulness Retreat on Sunday Nov 5, 2017 10 am to 4 pm
Join us for an all-day mindfulness retreat from 10 am to 4 pm in Gregg Pavilion. Learn some skills of mindfulness meditation or strengthen an existing practice. A vegetarian lunch will be provided. Open to all LC students. Please sign up below, come in loose comfortable clothing, and plan to stay for the entire day. There is no charge for the retreat or for the lunch.
Please be advised that daylight savings time ends at 2 am on Sunday, Nov 5, so you get an extra hour of sleep from turning the clock back an hour.
