NEW Members FORM
This form is to be completed by YOUR PARENT of any NEW member to marching band (this includes students entering into 7th grade band, transfer students, or students without band experience in grades 7-12) at South Central. Items will not be given to student until they have been paid for. We cannot accept post dated checks. If financially you need to make smaller payments, please contact Mr. Gaither as soon as possible and he will be happy to work something out. Checks payable to SC BAND BOOSTERS. If the marching season is canceled or dinner is not permitted to be provided because of COVID-19 regulations, payment/or partial payment will be returned to parents.
