1. Taking care of production requirements and achieving daily production targets.
2. Ensuring quality is 100%
3. Responsible for documentation on a daily basis and maintenance of records.
4. To help in documentation and control of the ISO documentation for production activities.
5. Responsible for following policies, work instructions, and SOPs.
6. Avoid pollution by following SOP and strictly using the equipment.
7. Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions.
8. Ensure you pay good attention to Safety, Health, and Environment Issues and contribute to managing them.
9. Ensure you wear required safety wears and implement the same for all working in your team.
10. Ensure safety equipment is kept in the proper place by the team.
11. Ensure everyone in the team wears personal protection equipment.
12. Ensure everyone adheres to safety norms so that there are no workplace hazards.
13. Ensure each one is trained on safety in team
14. Inform all concerned Manager about all safety and cost savings incidents.
15. To supervise all cleaning and washing work related to a column.
16. Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
