Please Note: Student information is retrieved from the district's student database, Synergy. Bus stop assignments are based on the information retrieved from this database. A permanent change in residency can only be made through the school - DO NOT USE THIS FORM TO REPORT A CHANGE OF ADDRESS. The Transportation Department cannot take this information from a parent/guardian. Transportation will be provided after this change is made in Synergy.
