Rosenberg, M.D., F.A.C.P., Director, Living in the Future (LIFE) Cancer Survivorship Program, NorthShore University HealthSystem; Explore the array of definitions that come under the title Chemobrain and learn about strategies and resources for combating the cognitive challenges associated with cancer survivorship. Reestablishing Sexual Intimacy Presenter: Linda Sizemore, PhD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist Learn techniques and language that will assist in reconnecting with your partner to achieve and enhance your sexual survivorship. Significant others and partners are encouraged to attend. Stress Reduction Through Mindfulness Presenter: Deborah Kronenberger, MA, LCPC, CAM and Mindfulness Coordinator, Cancer Wellness Center Learn ways to use relaxation to mobilize your mind/body resources to work with stress, pain, and illness in new ways that can promote growth and healing. Navigating Relationships in Survivorship Presenter: Kimberly Matthews, MA, LCPC, Support Programs Coordinator, Cancer Wellness Center Having cancer can change relationships with the people in your life. Discuss how to understand and cope with these changes.
