The Wolf Ranch Farmers Market is farmer driven Saturday morning farmers market bringing together the best local farmers in Central Texas. We are committed to providing the highest quality locally farm grown or Central Texas produced products possible. We consider many factors in our selection process of approving every vendor application we receive.  We require that all market vendors “make it, bake it, raise it or grow it” and we reserve the right to accept or refuse anyone as a farmer market vendor. Important factors in our selection process for farmers and vendors include product quality,  presentation, product uniqueness,and the right product mix to ensure a successful farmers market experience.

Membership requires an annual $150 membership fee.  Our weekly fee is $40 assessed at the end of each market. We allow a limited number of seasonal memberships with a $50 weekly fee.  For certain situations we have a flexible attendance membership as well.  To be considered a full time member, participation of more than 40 markets per year is required.  We operate rain or shine and have not closed on a Saturday since 2014.  You are expected to attend unless excused.

For each stall fee paid by a vendor, that vendor is entitled erect one 10' x 10' straight-legged
canopy. The vendor must restrict his/her display to the 10' x 10' space under his/her canopy.
If a vendor wishes to set up multiple canopies, s/he must obtain permission from the market
owners. Each canopy erected requires a separate stall fee.

All vendors must be ready to sell by 8:30am and must leave stalls erected until 1pm. No vehicles
are allowed into the market area after 8:30am. Later arrivals must park well away from the
market and carry display items to assigned stall areas.
Vendors may not put up a tent without a minimum 29 pound weight (a double cinder block) on
each leg of the tent regardless of the weather conditions. If both of the back legs are securely
attached to a vehicle, then the weights will only be required for the front legs of the tent. The
weights must not dangle. Each weight must be strapped securely to the tent legs. Each vendor
should secure his tent to neighboring tents for added stability.
