URC2025 RF Communications & Drone Details
URC2025 teams should use this form to submit their RF communications details, and drone details (if a drone is being used) by April 25.

Prior to completing this form, please review the URC Rules and Q&A.  In particular, Section 3.b applies to communications, as well as several Rover Questions.  These questions will focus on RF bands used.

Drone guidelines are referenced in Rules Section 1.d, as well as the Delivery Mission Questions.

Please note that teams are required to report ALL RF communications being used. This includes:
- Any local WiFi used exclusively between subsystems on the rover;
- Any local WiFi used exclusively between computers in the Control Station;
- Any RF used to communicate with a drone;
- Any RF used for any other purpose.

URC staff will check for compliance using RF spectrum analyzers. Please ensure that your team fully understands how your RF equipment operates, especially regarding the frequency ranges and bands in which you transmit. Teams who are improperly transmitting and causing interference with other teams will be required to power down RF communications, and will not be given additional time.
