Charlie’s Corner Paver Form
This is a purchase form to order and donate an engraved paver that will be placed within Carlie’s Corner Multi-Sports Court at Omni Training Facility (700 Division Street, Waite Park, MN 56387). The sports court is projected to begin construction in the spring of 2025. The court will be in memory of Charlie Boike and serve the youth in our community with free sports and training opportunities.
