人人流浪狗澳門義工團對於動物所提供的幫助與領養是不收費的，本團只為幫助被遺棄的動物尋找合適的家庭，但領養動物是個需要負責任的承諾。

當決定領養哪一隻動物後，閣下必須填寫一份領養申請表，此表格包含你的個人資料，如姓名及聯絡電話，並有一份有關領養動物的問卷調查，填寫領養表的時候，閣下需要提供身份證影印本、地址證明。本團只接受年滿18歲持澳門居民身份證在職人士之領養申請。

本團可能會要求到領養家庭的住所探訪，以確保家庭環境適合領養動物，領養申請表遞交後需要10個工作日審批，而本團有權拒絕該項申請，及保留最終決定權。

試養期本團會將被領養動物登記在你名下，領養人有責任每年到市政狗房為寵物續牌及注射預防疫苗，並承諾負責未來的膳食、醫療、美容等費用。本團將會定時與領養人保持緊密聯絡，以確保領養後的資訊，本團亦會預約前往探訪，因為本團亦關心被領養的動物在新家庭的適應情況。

Everyone Stray Dogs Macau Volunteer Group provides animal assistance and animal adoption for free. Our goal is to seek suitable families for the abandoned animals, but adopting animals is a commitment.

When deciding which animal to adopt, you must complete an adoption application form that includes your personal information, such as your name and contact number, and a questionnaire about the adoption of the animal. Upon the completion of the questionnaire, you must provide a photocopy of your ID card and proof of residency. Adopters also must be a working person who is at least 18 years old and holds a Macau ID card.

Our group may request a visit to the home of the adopting family to ensure that the family is suitable for adopting an animal. It takes 10 business days to process the adoption application. Our group reserve the right to reject the application and make the final decision.

During the trial period, our group will register the adopted animal under your name. The adopter is responsible for renewing the license of the pets and all the vaccines at the Municipal Kennels every year, and promise to be responsible for future diets, medical care, grooming and other expenses. Our group will keep in contact with the adopter to ensure any updates after adoption. Our group will also schedule to visit because our group cares about the adaptation of the adopted pet in the new family.
