2.  Are you or have you been aware of supplies such as masks, cleaning supplies, air purifiers… being provided at and by your school for the benefit of students?

3.  Are you or have you been aware of extra cleaning, social distancing or other practices related to COVID-19 prevention being implemented at your school?

4.  Are you or have you been aware of special protocols and procedures for students and staff who show symptoms and/or have tested positive for COVID-19?

5.  Are you aware or have you been aware of extra resources, such as extra staff, academic programs, and assessments that help identify and remediate the effects of learning loss in reading and/or math at your child’s school?

6.  Do you know how you can access these services for your child or what qualifies a student for the program(s)?

7.  Some ESSER funds are specifically reserved for extra help beyond the regular school day or during the summer. Are you aware of after school or summer school offerings at your child’s school?

8.  Currently schools are fully reopened with very limited to no option for virtual school instruction, unless required in the future due to COVID-19 emergency. How comfortable are you with schools being fully reopened?
