Applications are open and reviewed year round. We will begin confirming our 2026 Sponsors in January 2026. Accepted sponsors will be notified by email, and your sponsorship will be reserved upon completion of the Confirmation Form and payment of your invoice.  Limited sponsorship placements are available and confirmations will be processed first come first serve. Final deadline for Sponsorship confirmation is Monday March 27, 2026.
